Resultant WAGE THEFT transfers money owed to employees directly into the the pockets of Store and Area Managers through productivity bonuses. The nature and complexity of monthly pay makes it more difficult to chase up underpayment. Managers will promise to fix up pay and then after a month you will have to chase it up again.
