Most of the people that have been there 5+ years don’t work as hard. If you’re African American they make it harder for you to move up in the company. No work life balance.
Aldi pays their employees an actual living wage with regular raises
Cons
Very physical work at times, regular straining or pulling something, manager at this location likes to target or single out individuals who are not working fast enough or if you make a small mistake everyone knows about instead of talking one on one to the individual, the manager needs to be questioned or investigated for high turnover and why they don't have any employees that have been there for 10 plus years??? Longest standing employees are 3-4 years I'm sure they will find a petty reason to get rid of them soon
