Pros

Benefits. If unrealistic daily goals do not cause you stress, then perhaps this is for you.

Cons

Workload is unrealistic. You are expected to complete the work of 5-7 employees at a "normal" grocery store. They hold the carrot of "store managers make more than $50K a year" in front of your face to get you in the door.

Pros

Pay is good, coworkers are great. If you need extra hours they are good at communicating with other stores in the area that may need help. Time seems to fly when working - as you are always busy, always thinking about the next shift!

Cons

The pay is good for what you do; you may get paid twice as much as similar positions at other stores but you work three times as hard. Unfortunately there is not much movement available since the staff is so lean. They always want more and more for the same compensation. I wouldn't say the benefits such as insurance are great, they could certainly be better, I actually paid and kept my wife's insurance while working there.

Some people are the worst! Upper management is very lazy and rude.
