Pros

Decent benefits and straight forward work

Cons

Toxic work environment with strict demeaning management. Favoritism and nepotism ran rampant on a day to day basis. Unfair and unequal treatment of employees.

Pros

Salary seems high initially but for the hours you have to do (70/80 at minimum per week) it works out at less than minimum wage some weeks - if you’re able to work for a while and save up then it’s fine but if your situation or goals isn’t this then I don’t recommend

Cons

I was there for 8 months - my whole cohort “resigned” (forced to resign and told that if they don’t then they will be fired anyway and will lose their opportunity to get good references) - all for different reasons, one being told they weren’t “Aldi enough”. I worked a particularly long week after my last standing new starter colleague left and decided to actually resign as it wasn’t worth the stress I was going through.
