      Incredibly hard to get new things or new ideas implemented. Very corporate with little to no regard for the actual people who work there. Depending on job level you may be salary vs hourly. Being hourly hinders you a lot i.e. half day on Christmas eve but you either have to use PTO to cover the other half or have to take a pay cut, while salary works (higher level positions, conveniently) do not face things like this. Things like this happen yearly. Do lay offs with little to no advance or even address them. Very siloed worked, disorganized and again little to no value placed on the actual people who work there. At the end of the day it is a job.
