Pros

Great pay, amazing benefits, great workout, and understanding higher ups. I am currently a shift manager at aldi in coral springs, fl. I was hurt at work and sprained my knee and the company paid for everything. they werent pestering me when i would be available to work again. they were more worried about how i was feeling and how the physical therapy was coming along. they care. to everyone that has ever made a bad review about aldi, you either pissed in someone's cherrios or you were just a terrible employee. this company takes care of their employees,

Cons

physically demanding job, if you dont work hard then aldi isnt for you.

Pros

You have every major holiday off

Cons

You are worked like a slave, not enough employees to assist with the high customer demands, or to maintain store. Not recommended for women with small children or anyone who has a life because your first priority will be Aldi not your family (sad but true). High turn over rate you just don't sit on the register you work harder than you've ever worked in your life. You will be prone to work related injuries

Pros

great benefits, wonderful pay, fun employees

Cons

always to few people in the store no matter the store there should always be at least 4 people to run the store. expectations are way to high for the amount of people in the store at any one time(2 to 3), also the pay for shift managers is split into your cashier wage and you get +4.50 on shifts that you are running, but are expected to be management all the time. you also can not have any facial hair, not even clean shaven, at this store. on any shift you work you have to be clean shaven.
