Pros

They pay is considered good, but it kind of has to be to get anyone to work.

Cons

The stress is horrible. They set unrealistic standards. Expectations for amount of work to do during a shift are unreachable because they don't give enough employees to work with. You never see your family because there are nights you work unt 10-11pm and than have to be back the next day by 6am. Upper management is never satisfied and rarely appreciative of the hard work their employees do.
