Pros

The pay is above average for my area. The benifits are okay. The only really go thing is having some freedom as a shift manager.

Cons

My division does not promote with in the company. I have been there 5 years and only made it to a shift manager.( this is NOT a reflection on my ability to do my job) you work your butt off everyday no matter how you feel. Understaffed and hostle at times! Huge turnover rate. Capped out at 11.50 an hour!

Pros

The pay and benefits are great. Can easily move up in the company. Great place you young adults to start out. Great place to gain management experience and skills.

Cons

You have no social life. Your hours will vary depending on how busy the store is. Overtime happens a lot. Nice pay but again you won't have time for yourself. Prepare to work very hard everyday. The staff is so small you literally will do the work of 5 people. Prepare for sore wrists.
