Decent pay and team members are great.

Cons

District management is a joke. They only hire them straight out of college with no experience in the real world. Wildly unrealistic expectations. Will work you to your grave. Also, you cannot move above store manager. No exceptions.

Cons

Work life mix is not the easiest. Very fast paced to some. Can cause problems. Times that are needed to work.
