Pros

You get to do a little be of it all. Stocking, ringing, cleaning, and organizing. That’s just the start once you become a Manager you take on many responsibilities. As a manager at Aldi you are held to the same Standards as your store manager handelimg a lot of orders, hands long the safe, communicating with corporate and the ware house. It’s a lot and you learn a tremendous amount working here.

Cons

*Pay grade is a little low for the responsibilities you handle. *A lot of call outs *Store is ran only by 3 people per shift *Gets repetitive and easy to get burnt out

Pros

Pay, which isn't even as good as it used to be because a lot of companies are paying more now.

Cons

Certain employees get away with doing nothing while others carry the entire store on their back
