Pros

The leadership you gain here is crazy. You will develop yourself from a professional standpoint very quickly. The pay is amazing compared to your peers with their first job. Great people

Cons

The job will teach you quick that life is not all about the money. Work/life balance does not exist. Now you have the flexibility to work 50 hours and go home if you want to. However, you will not do a good job. And Aldi does not hire people that will not do a good job.

Priority job, fitness required

Pros

Meet great people and great benefits come with the job including 401 K. The activity required for the position keeps you active, no need for gym membership.

Cons

Job comes first in their views. Inventory is repeated daily. Employees are required to do truck pallet work which can put heavy pain on your back, a box of chicken or turkeys weigh nearly 45 mins and youre required to do an entire pallet in 30 mins so youre literally throwing heavy boxes at a fast pace.
