Pros

Starting pay. Management enthusiasm. Store-wide attitude of earning your keep. Efficient. Schedule flexibility.

Cons

Typical grocery store labor: dull. Busy doesn't necessarily mean engaged. Pace is demanding. That's not a knock; it's a standard. Just be prepared.

Pros

good benefits paid holidays. Aldi pays good salaries compared to other jobs who offer the minimum wage. I think is a good job for those who want to finish school and have some extra money working part time as a cashier.

Cons

The shift manager is responsible for everything as well as the store manager except work on the schedules, calculate budgeting, inventory and monthly sales ratios.
