Pros

Fast pace so it doesn't feel like you are there 12-15 hours when that is what it often ends up being. They will pay well for you to turn your life over to them.

Cons

Say goodbye to your physical wellness. You will most likely not get breaks for lunch or any breaks at all so you end up eating crap or nothing at all. You are working so physically hard that you will continuously lose weight regardless of what you eat anyway. You are not properly fueling your body so your body may rapidly break down. Almost everyone has carpal tunnel- even if they don't know what all that "numbness" is. Arthritis, bone spurs, back pain, injuries, lack of nutrition, lack of sleep, lack of family/friend time will definitely be in your future if you choose this career path- do not doubt this even if you are going for the DM position. The trade off for the money is quite steep.

Pros

Salary, the way the business operates, the daily challenges along with the freedom to decide how best to solve them. Honest black and white expectations. Deliver as asked and opportunities are there for all. The knowledge of very strong job security. Busy event filled days, every day! No time to be bored!

Cons

Absolutely none (how do I write 20 words about this when I have no cons to discuss?) Absolutely none None

Pros

Great Pay and Great Benefits

Cons

Say goodbye to your personal life. Store manager is the top position you can reach, they don't hire District Manager from within the company. Make sure you cover up all of your tattoos, (new rule, it was perfectly fine for the first 5 years with the company). Battling with the DM for days off on the calendar. No back to back days off allowed for managers, even if its not a weekend.
