Pros

Aldi is a fast growing company based on efficiency and productivity. I love this company because they cut out the overhead that different retailers add to their products thus, making it affordable to eat and live well. Aldi is very team oriented while requiring you to be efficient independently also.

Cons

Many think that Aldi is a so called "easy job." I mean afterall, the cashiers get to sit, right? In reality it is a very rigorous job. You are expected to be very quick in everything you do from ringing, to counting money, to stocking shelves.
