Disgusting treatment of staff how its legal I dont know

Cons

Dont pay staff on time or correctly, rota never done in time and always changing with no notice, expected to stay even if your shift has finished, constantly threatening staff with their jobs, constant moaning at staff about being flexible even if they applyed and contract states part time contract and making staff work long hours without breaks

great benefits package great pay without any experience company car

Cons

if working in the new jersey area it is not possible to "only" work 50 hours, you will have to put in 70 + hours. If you are single and want to save a good chunk of money than thats great, but with this job you will always work, even if you are off.
