Pay is great. Benifets are good not exspensive. Job is easy to learn.
Cons
You can become a store manager and that is it. No more advancement. No work life balance, schedule is different every week. You get over whelmed with work and if it is not done get ready to hear about it. You can work 8-10hrs a day on your feet none stop hard physical labor. Get ready to work on your day off. Since there is 1 manager and 1 cashier and it comes time to take your break you can not leave the building to get something to eat. You are lucky if your lunch gets uninteruppted. Lots of injuries to store staff who are overworked and creates shortness of staff. Working in many different stores for different D.M.S that are all different in the way they do things. Saftey is not a priority for for the staff as the company want you to hit productivity numbers so the the Manager will work by themselves at times untill 11:00 a.m. Keep in mind the manager can come in as early as 6:00a.m. so you are by yourself for 5 hrs.
