Pros

Ok pay. Closed on holidays. Good health Insurance.

Cons

DM mirco manage everything. The only reason they have store manager is to have someone to blame. You can't have a life if you work for Aldi. Have to work min. 50 hours but its more like 60 to 70 or more. No overtime time pay for manager no matter how many hours you work. Even on your days off the Dm's harass you. Unrealistic productivity goals. Also store managers work 60 to 70 hours a week with no breaks.

Pros

Great Pay and Great Benefits just to name a few. Good Training Program and a lot of responsibility right out of training.

Cons

My job is my life. 50 hr minimum a week, usually more like 60+. I'm an executive on call 24/7 and more often than not my few days off get interuppted by my work.
