Pros

The position was easy as far as tasks go. I was able to pick up as many hours as I wanted

Cons

There are only two people in the store at a time, so the expectation that you get everything done solo is high, as your coworker is the manager and they tend to be MIA. The expectations are unreasonable. The company tracks everything you do, from how fast you check people out, to when you clock and out for your shift down to the minute. Don't expect to have multiple breaks. The only ones I was ever offered were 30 min at the end of my 8hr (sometimes more) shifts. Perhaps that is normal, but I have had much more accomidating breaks at other jobs in the past.
