Great compensation - base pay and benefits. Physical work. All store employees stock/clean - so all are knowledgeable of products and store organization.
Cons
Do not really promote up past store manager - outside hires for district managers, etc. Changing store structure means meeting productivity demands is becoming increasingly difficult.
