Pros

SOME of the people & high per hour wages.

Cons

Where to begin.... Interview: 1 - Your promised full time hours by HR and your personnel leader, despite being offered a part time contract, then are told AFTER you sign your contract that the ASLs don't work full time. BE CAREFUL. 2 - Have to go in to their offices for signing paperwork and other things. Before you start: 1 - Not even told your roster until 1 or 2 days BEFORE you contract starts. 2 - Dont get any communication from your direct manager. Starting: 1 - There is no sense of training at all. You do stupid and pointless online modules which sometimes dont apply to your role. 2 - You get paired up with someone who show you a different way of doing things, compare to someone else. Hours: 1 - Saving hours is the aim of the game here. Contradicts the full time hours promise they pedal to you. 2 - Full time contracts & hours worked are ONLY given to head section leaders, and logistics managers. 3 - Shift lengths are up and down. One day you can do a 5 hour shift, the other day you could do a 10+ hour day. People: 1 - Thanks to previous leaders, the workers are burned out and resentful. 2 - Your staff will find ANYTHING to complain about. 3 - Getting told off by your bosses for not knowing how to do something or asking for help.
