Pros

The pay is good. Stores are shut Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Easterday Sunday...THEY ARE THE ONLY PLUS’.

Cons

The people who work there are horrific. They are Aldi robots. I’m sure if you’re single with no children, working 15hrs per day 40minutes from home, for 8 days straight is fine, and if you’re ok with that, great! Don’t fall for their spiel about work/life balance being important, because it really isn’t. Don’t fall for their spiel about mental health mattering, because it doesn’t. Before I fell out of favour, I was present during very unprofessional conversations between Area Management and Store Management about how to catch people out to be sacked. The absolute WORST COMPANY!
