Decent pay and benefits.

Cons

Boring and monotonous work. Absolutely nothing to be excited about or look forward to. Extremely physical job, as everyone there does EVERYTHING. They keep the prices low by having only a few people running the whole store, so you're basically running around like crazy for your whole shift. Stocking, cleaning, organizing, cashing, customer service, assisting the managers, etc, its all your job. There are very few people who work for Aldi that aren't miserable. No company culture. We do our jobs and we go home.

no weekends off management was terrible too fast paced expected the impossible with the work load they gave you scheduled late shifts and early shifts back to back no sleep, no personal life worked like slaves hardly any room for advancement
