Pros

I love working for aldi because they offer great benefits and they give you a chance to learn and be part of a great team/ family. They take a lot of time to find their employees because they want to make sure that they are going to be hard working and trustworhy which means a lot for employees too, knowing that you are not going to work with drug addicts or all kinds of freaks. Hours are good average 40. Management is nice and helpful and sometimes you get to work with employees from another stores and that feels like a exchange of experience where you can learn something new or help someone else learn . Pay is also good with increase every year

Cons

Store gets bussier and bussier every day and sometimes there are not enough employees scheduled for the amount of work that has to be done

Pros

The managerial staff were top-notch and always looking for hard-workers to do a great job. They are really nice to employees.

Cons

The corporate management kept lots of secrets and fellow employees would sometimes try their hardest to get out of work. Sadly, the store management don't get paid enough for all the bad clientele ALDI gets on a regular basis.

Pros

If full time, benefits are amazing. Cannot compete with other companies. Hours are not too bad, as early as 6 am with average night leaving no later than 11 pm. The work is MUCH harder than you think. 2nd week I had to throw 800 pounds of flour above my head.

Cons

Scheduling, unless your store is constantly busy and you're one of the better associates with OPEN availability, your hours will be cut. I want 20 hours a week and I'm currently getting 6. If you're good you can get promoted quickly, but once you hit store manager you cannot go up to district manager, they only hire DM outside of Aldi, not from within
