We were told recently that nobody was receiving raises this year. Although pay is good, you probably won't get enough hours to make it a livable income. New employees are making just as much as those who have been there 5+ years. Aldi used to be very employee focused but has started to move away from that, and more towards acting like a big-box store.

Upper level divisional managers will not personally tell you how to improve or change something. They go around you to tell managers to speak to you for them.
