Pros

The benefits are amazing and the pay is very competitive. Most people are great to work with and they really try to be about the employee. The district managers are young and so sometimes their leadership isnt there and they act like theyre better than you but you can tell they actually care and really try to do a good job.

Cons

Morale is hit or miss. They forget what its like to be entry level and that everyone learns differently. Sometimes management is too concerned with short term success versus long term growth and stability.

Good pay, very friendly people, and enjoyable work environment. Everyone works very hard and are helpful with new staff members.

Cons

Lots of hard work if you are not willing to come to work and give a 100% effort everyday you will not last.
