Pay and benefits are good but they work you to death !!! Training was terrible. Training management is so burned and frustrated, you cannot get much out from them

Cons

99% of Aldi store managers I know hate the job but do it for a good pay. That company will work you to death, after a year or so you don't care about the money they pay you. It is impossible to have life outside of work.Manager at Aldi is nothing more than a glorified slave ....... You will never hear any positive feedback from DMs

Pros

Salary is a little higher than most companies. But don't worry they will make sure they get there money out of you.

Cons

Worst company to ever work for. Turnover rate is extremely high. In the year and half I worked there I seen 27 people quit including cashiers-managers-mts-and district managers. The company doesn't value associates . District managers are extremely childish and immature and don't know how to talk to people. They engage in gossip and extremely unprofessional.
