Pros

You are well paid in the role, but you will work for your money. The work is structured, so once you know what you are doing, you will be able to plan ahead. The interview process was good, and the team were very honest and upfront about what the role would look like.

Cons

The work is very monotonous and lonely. You do not really interact with your colleagues, apart from to discuss the next task. You will always be behind and under pressure and never get your job finished. The hours are long, and when you finish work you will be too knackered to do much!

Pros

Fast paced environment. Cheap insurance. Time goes by quickly.

Cons

The job is better suited for the 20-30 yr old age group. Not many employees working at at time (2-3 for the entire store) so you will have to run around all day maintaining it.

Pros

The pay is good if you are working the overtime.

Cons

The first thing you will hear is that ALDI goes through a high amount of Manager Trainees . District Managers change and are directly hired with no experience.
