The chance to work with household brands. International team = business trip opportunities.

Cons

Very vicious, dog-eat-dog environment. Politics and changing loyalties abound. Mobbing, sexism, and racism are considered normal behaviour. In over 10 years of professional experience, I have never come across such a negative environment, where people across departments were resigning every couple of weeks.
