Stable interesting tasks from time to time

slowly paced company, any changes are taking literally ages huge gaps in communication between departments and teams no vision and purpose of the company zero transparency higher management is super ineffective, while CEO is great, most of the managers under him are just bad old-school technology is in use while being of one the biggest IT distributors with access to modern technology
