The salary range is pretty good.

Cons

Management is not involved in optimizing teams. No help in escalated situations. A lot of unreasonable demands, no strategy to achieve them. Unrealistic targets resulting in no commissions. Practically impossible to get bonuses. A lot of personal bullying/abusing/gaslighting.

The Software development lead is nice person. The only good.

Cons

The rest of the team in one of the teams are so toxic. Some are typical russians living in Europe. They think they are above everyone, laughing at what you say or ask.
