      You will learn a lot, but no one will teach you. Your rights are reserved Somehow there's a work life balance

      Cons

      After promotion you're getting a small percentage to your old salary, without getting into a new salary slot. No career development plan if you want to develop yourself no one will ask about what you are doing.

      -The best Railway experience can be found in Alstom -Safety first this is Alstom approach -Work life balance

      - different management strategy for every project, reflects to the salary of the employees in this project, for example there's a project that has a full package transportation and site allowance and so on there's another project where these benefits don't exist.
