      Good vibes and social life also has good advantages.

      Cons

      Decision are taken between friends to ensure their position. Hard to get promoted if you are not friend with some of the bosses

      Pros

      Great pay, benefits, work environment and very interesting and clean work. For Chattanooga this place is really hard to beat. Facility is very impressive and well maintained.

      Cons

      Products not competative enough to beat competition and stay in business in global marketplace. 60% of workforce eliminated due to lack of work. Getting laid off due to closing of turbine rotor manufacturing line. As conditions change company may rehire many of us.
