      Good backlog of projects Good business landscape and growing rail segment India team exposed to global work and opportunities

      Cons

      Operational inability and chaotic working environment. Poor leadership and vision. Too many managers(PM, SSM, PrEM, PM, Agile lead, Product Lead, Product PM, performance, Lean actual execution team. Daily fire fighting Compo and product org on different track from project delivery. Totally disconnected. eg Traction, SW Too many KPI's in everyday working. No one can meet all of them if they work 24 hrs also.
