Pros

No Pros in this company.

Cons

They recruits candidates with generic skills(C,C++ etc) and later they will ask them to work on documentation, testing etc. They don't have a defined requirement before recruiting the candidates. They have head count targets. so they recruit every candidate who comes for interview and later when they don't get any projects they will harass the employees. No wise people in Middle level and top level management .

Worst place to work!

Pros

nothing good to say about this place

Cons

Avoid this place at all cost!. Very toxic place. Absolutely no growth. If you want to build a carrier and learn new technology, this place is not for you. Things under Bombardier were fine until ALSTOM took over. This place is now plagued with politics run by an extremely incompetent and egoistic management who doesn’t know how to run the business. The management is more like a gang who support each other in all poor decisions they make and will have no shame to bully their own employees in front of others. The management (The GANG) is known to “push” people out if you speak up or disagree. Even the head of HR was not spared! That is why the cream of workforce has left (or pushed out) in recent years and what is left is extremely de-motivated people who are either close to retirement( like me) or are incapable to find a job elsewhere! This is the place where they hire “technical project manager “with zero technical skills, resulting in the technical people taking the extra load of incompetent management. The head of software team has never written or seen code in his life. Every other person around you is some sort of manager. If you are in a technical role then a good chunk of your day is spent in providing status and not doing actual work. The company is financially struggling due to poor management decisions and of course the blame is always pushed down to people underneath.
