Bad worklife balance

Business Outlook

Pros

Fixed part of salary is credited every month on time.

Cons

There is nothing called worklife balance in this organization, despite hardwork of employees they have never seen great profits. Projects are agreed on to be executed with out considering any technical input and hence often end up as Cash drains because of aggressive marketing. Traditionally they have never been able to derive profits in an organic manner. The company survives by selling some of the profit making units. Till date they have sold their shipping, power and some regional signalling businesses to stay afloat. After merger with BT the organization is in bad financial status. The organisation is planning to expand in Hyderabad and Gurgaon in future and there are already a few managers who have been tasked to de-motivate Bangalore employee base.
