      Pros

      There is so many opportunities with this company if you are looking to learn about public transport.

      Cons

      Very old style of management; screaming and shouting is the only process that seems to work Does not care about employee well being because there is nothing to in the area. Very dirty tactics because managers will use a new person to blame problems on.

      Friendly environment and coworkers. Facility is good and parking is free.

      Cons

      Local management doesnt fully understand or support corporate standards. Everyone doing for themselves as opposed to being a team effort. Reluctant to change and truly grow.

      Friendly environment. People oriented Motivating young aspirants Manufacturing unit- So got a practical view of heavy electro-mechanical products like generators,turbines and their auxilliaries

      Young aspirants often become victims of politics amongst the senior people. Lack of proper training and practical site visits.
