Working in Alstom’s corporate office is great and and you will meet a lot of great people and work culture is also nice

Cons

In depot level the work culture is so toxic and top level management think employees as people whose life’s purpose is to work for Alstom and they don’t care about employees work life balance and doesn’t even care about the health of employees all they care about is making govt/customers happy

Cons

They are still a very old train company filled with old men, so they don't always succeed in being modern.
