Pros

Employee wellness program. Leave policy.

Cons

Most people’s managers have absolutely no technical knowledge but are still made Product owners. Resource allocation is done irrespective of skillset with unrealistic expectations. Late decision making, reduced opportunities. Managers are process oriented only when it’s convenient for them. Micromanaging managers. You will see even software engineers struggling for budgets (it’s manager’s task to handle this and not let it disturb people working under them). No clear boundaries or scope is set for a resource. You are expected to do some task of a scrum master, planner, lead and manager. Salary is too low than market standards. Long term employees are not given adequate raise. Manager forces to extend work hours after office and also on the weekends. HR does not respond in timely manner.
