It's a MNC company so you get to interact with lot of foreign clients and business trips too.

Cons

The work culture is too toxic. There are no help from senior employees and you need to struggle for information.

Inclusion of new employees is not straight forward. Difficult to raise awareness regarding the limitation of outdated work tools. Not satisfied with the pay transparency.

Alstom is a good company for starting an engineering career

Cons

Not the company it used to be. Benefits to employees continue to decline which end up costing the employee loss in true compensation. Best to move on in career path to anther organization. Poor recognition/talent retention which means more work for those remaining. Poor work life balance - mandate of working in office all day Tues-Thurs with no other option unless medical.
