      Pros

      Wide range of disciplines involved. Exposure to a lot of things in the organisation.

      Cons

      Poor Management in Hyderabad site for past few years. With new site Lead, it has improved. My manager is not competent to manage this team, which puts additional burden on some team mates. Some manager are good, while others are not. Personal growth is difficult unless you have the right connections.

      - for people at first job can be a good experience if they fall in the right team and they can also build awareness about how a corporate company works.

      Cons

      - management by fear - politics at all levels - very poor leadership skills on management with small exceptions - people with toxic traits promoted in leading position as higher management outside the cluj company is unable to see or they lack interest.
