      Hopeless company with lots of politics

      Good amount of leaves, good compensation

      Cons

      Politics at top level, no transparency in the system, no recognition for people who actually work. Bt lot of recognition for ppl who show that they do work but actually do not do anything in reality. Not allowed to change teams.

      I guess Once they feel your are not required they will pull you out. Mangers are the worst and they make you work hard day and night

      When I was working there as a 3rd party employeee they said they will take me and aftr relseing offerletter end moment of time they said no you cant be hired .This kind of game play hat they do Now I am ajobless because of ALSTOM

      Wide scope - lot of topics to work on

      Cons

      They use you in all their work but in the end recognition is zero. You mave save millions of dollars for the organization but you will be told you did not put a comma or full-stop in the documentation and thats why we cannot consider your work as the best. But the next year your scope is much more and you have to deliver lot more. Use and throw culture
