      Pros

      Nothing good about Alstom Rochester, NY. It is the worst company with the worst ambiance ever. Total lack of respect with employees.

      Cons

      HR and management team has no respect for people. They ask your contribution and promisse things, but do not keep with the word when the time comes, even with everything written in emails, saying it is not an official commitment.

      Bonuses, Very good HR dealing with problems immediately.

      Cons

      Slow pace environment, nothing exciting or challenging about the job. Extremely laid back certain engineering management show no passion for the job no development or progression for their employees. Menial tasks set, no sense of responsibility in your role, nothing motivating.
