Pros

Chances to go Foreign sites even when you are a fresher but this depends on the opportunity. Since TIS (Signalling) of Alstom is quite matured in India there is not that much chance than Rolling Stock. Work life balance is there, if there is some delivery then only you have to stay back for more time. Multinational, good name in the market and one of the best salaries for GETs in the market. A lot of opportunities if you wish to stay for more time.

Cons

Poor HR policies. Poor management. Sometimes you don't get work for at least 3-4 months when you join as a fresher. Less compensation and benefits, they are only there when you stay for more years.
