      Pros

      My office was very casual and flexible, friendly and light work environment. The experience and knowledge I gained working here has been amazing for professional growth!

      Cons

      Complete lack of communication from upper management, total disconnect between global offices, unpredictable pressure from the headquarters in France. My sector is being purchased by GE, therefore, no one in Alstom actually cares about us anymore. HR is horrendous.

      Pros

      Good location. Coworkers on my level and some others were very willing to help. Aside from that, nothing.

      Cons

      Poorly managed. Incompetent Management in my department. Terrible hours. Terrible morale. No respect from management to employees. No work life balance. Little training. No departamental plan. No idea how to use metrics. I could go on but you get the point

      Pros

      -There is a good vibe among everyone. Not stuck-up people, everyone seems down to earth and humble. -International scope -Flexible working hours as long as you get things done -Canteen is good

      Cons

      -Location is not great (Saint-Ouen), metro line 13 can be a complete nightmare.
