Pros
Working in Management at this point but want to go back on the tools with both experiences to fall back on. Working at the weekends on the tools for two different companies. Able to work weekends and no children to limit hours or holidays
Cons
Not worked nights for a number of years, but willing to go back onto them. Happy to work any shift pattern that the company requires to suit the business
