Pros

Good benefit, such as Health care, 401K, and higher salary,

Cons

Managers should fit for the post they assigned to do, no team work, such as talking behind some body is a common practice instead of helping each other, no recognition for the people we perform the actual work instead people who talk too much is the one getting recognized

Pros

willing to hire the handiecapp; { double amputee}

Cons

the minute they have a problem they will fire them when they do have Dr's excuse's & call in when ever they miss a day because of a medical issuse. The union for them belongs to the company not the people so don't look to them for help

Pros

Hard working company and employees. Accepts challenges from customers and allows for employees to work through any and all difficulties. Alstom provides the support to employees to provide positive achievements. Goal oriented company with the employee in mind.

Cons

Specifically Hornel, NY is in a rural location. Somewhat difficult to get to without much social life.
