Pros

Great team to work with, excellent work-life balance. Very clear about goals within sourcing organization. Follows the best industry practices in sourcing. Offers flexibility to work from home when needed.

Cons

Compensation not up to market standard, decision making is sometimes slower and projects are put on hold unnecessarily. Too much dependent on parent company in France.

Pros

Great Benefits, people possess excellent technical skills. Good support on work visas and immigration. Good opportunity to travel for work. Excellent work life balance.

Cons

Salary is on the lower side considering the market around you. Mentorship can be lacking at times. Career progression can be murky if you are not vocal about moving up.
