      Young, enthusiastic and self-motivated people. Before becoming part of Alstom, this company was a cooperative with a genuine and spontaneous spirit of collaboration. Being in Alstom, this spirit has been going slowly down.

      Cons

      It has chronic deficiencies in some management areas, especially in Human Resources department.

      Good team to work with. They were very helpful and ready to guide you in case if someone needs suggestions.

      Processes are not well defined or established. You may find it difficult to work sometimes and may end up spending longer time to do a job which otherwise could have been completed rather easily.
