Railway Signaling Domain Software is very complicated and promising .

Cons

The way development is executed , particularly the process and people are not up to the mark for software industry. People are very reluctant to know and learn how other software company run the show. Even if some one point out the obstruction of executing the development , and propose the solution , even then no one in higher management listen to that. They are very adamant.
