Management is not good , where they only focus on number of Artefacts completed and are least bothered about Employee's Technical issues. 8. Management restricts/discourage people to communicate technical issues within the team. 9. Management compares team members and create a bad environment of allowing conflicts within the team. 10. Managers have zero technical knowledge and just command the team to complete work in an unplanned way. 11. RBC team has incompetent management. 12. No bus transportation provided.
